Can you name the UCF Coach?

Thursday, February 14th, 2008

ANSWER: Okay, it was an easy one. I thought maybe the lying would throw off some of you. The answer of course was Gene McDowell, the disgraced coach that resigned amid the famous UCF cell phone scandal (more of that to follow). Here is the link to the quote of federal prosecutor Cynthia Hawkins Collazo. Congratulations to those well versed in the rich history of UCF scandal.

From the UCF Unethical Coaches category comes this gem. Read the passage below and see if you can guess which UCF head coach is being described by this comment (full article to be linked when answer is posted).”

He is charged with lying about it over and over again. Even after he got a lawyer he was given the chance to do the honest, honorable thing.”

I know the real die hard and demented UCF fans know who this is, but play along with the rest. Who is this guy that couldn’t come clean no matter the setting or opportunity? No honesty, no honor - who is it?

a: Gene McDowell
b: Mike Kruczek
c: George O’Leary

I know it’s tough, that’s a great selection to pick from. Enter your answer below and all winners receive the free unauthorized e-version of the Kevin Orsini’s “How I got the hell out of UCF - and you can too!” informational pamphlet.
